What if I am not satisfied with product/services?
In case you are not satisfied with the product/services, you can get in touch with our customer care department and the team would ensure that the promised product/services are delivered to you.
How do I cancel an order?
You cannot cancel your order once an order is placed.
Refund
For prepaid orders you can get your refund directly into your account through which you made the transaction & For COD orders - You can either get the refund as store credits or you can share your bank details here. Please note that store credit can be credited in your account within 48 hours however bank transfer/prepaid refund takes 5-7 business days as per RBI guidelines.
